Iweb Technologies Deleted my sitesAs
webmaster for my site, 11 years of experience, I bite my fingers
choosing Iweb Technologies as host. Deficient technical support and
troubleshooting too many make it simply impossible to keep a site on a
continuous and safe. In fact, it seems Quei Web Technologies is unable
to keep its systems in operation, which complicates things enormously.Nature of problemsThe
backup data was corrupted several times. No valid explanation or
assistance given by staff of iweb technologies. Consequences: Many SQL
error messages were generated in the panel aministration. 8 sites were
lost because of numerous errors technicians. I have tried reinstalling
my backups damaged. (Do nothing)Dozens of failures: Serious
consequences, the loss of hundreds of member attendance and a kiss, no
valid explanation given by staff of iweb. Yes I forgot the explanation
is always the fault of the customers.Full days of downtime, all my site site was still slow. (Reason given by iweb, problems spammers)Is it just me?As one of the subscribers and former subscribers whose names I will not have written recently:The
problem I have with iWeb is that every time I have problems with the
hosting, it's never their fault and they can never help me. It's always a
great frustration and disappointment to me when I communicate with
them. They make me lose my time and money. But I have no proof that some
problems stem from them and I do not know how to look for evidence.
What do you suggest? Regards,Although I have not had the
problems you had with them, I am often asked how iWeb has become
important to their customer service is poor. Every experience I had with
a tech has been catastrophic.Technical Support and iWeb does
not speak for what is the email (or cat) is devastating, completely
rotten and incompetent. They made me shit, site down, url pointing to
another site, email deregulated, prices too expensive on old contract,
etc.. I request them to a minimum. Even if we follow the procedure to
raise the problem with email, nothing happens. Regarding backups, if you

launched a new site a few weeks ago, and I did not go with them. I'm
slowly trying to migrate my stuff out of iWeb. I have all my emails with
them, but I do not feel like wasting time with them.and yes! I
only have problems with iWeb .... I never cease to be changed servers
... Iweb is almost always result in a change of rooms as "mother board",
hard drives, "Power Supply" ... etc. ... disque.com (fictitious name)
is an MP3 store and once in the spanking transferring my mp3 in a new
server, the equivalent of 172.000 mp3, technician Iweb has neglected to
click on a command What this has deleted the file index raid 5 ....So
I found myself with all my mp3s on fragmented hard drives can not be
recovered. 2 years working in the garbage ... Iweb gave me 3 months free
for my server for error handling ...A former employee?I do not know if you are from the Montreal area, but if you could go for coffee?That would allow me to better answer all your questions ..
